Please join us for a SLA-MN salon to learn about prospect research and development, a growing information profession attracting librarians.
We’ll meet prospect researchers, discuss their work and career trajectories, and learn about the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA), which was founded in Minnesota and promotes and supports prospect development professionals.
You’ll meet and learn from Apra-MN board of directors Renee Francis, prospect research analyst for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation; Christen Tarantino, director of advancement research for St. Paul Academy and Summit School; and Jo Theodosopoulos, manager of prospect development for The Minneapolis Foundation.
Everyone is welcome to attend SLA-MN salons, especially information professionals, students and those interested in SLA. Registration is free and encouraged. We’ll meet in a private room at O’Gara’s with service. Attendees will be responsible for their own food and drink orders.
