Measuring Your Impact: Using Evaluation for Library Advocacy

Beyond an Apple a Day

WHO: Staff from all types of libraries, students in education or library science programs, patients, family members, and community health agents are all welcome to attend.
If you have been procrastinating on taking these kinds of classes, now is a great time! We are not always fortunate enough to have staff in St. Louis to teach them face-to-face. The Tuesday classes need more enrollment or they will be canceled.
WHY: Among other reasons, these classes meet requirements for the Medical Library Association Consumer Health Information Specialization (http://www.mlanet.org/education/chc) and continuing education requirements for the Medical Library Association Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP).
WHERE: Becker Library is at the corner of Euclid and McKinley Avenues next to Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Parking map is attached. Please note some garages do not accept debit or credit cards. Becker Library is a short walk south of the MetroLink Central West End station.
